Extra virgin olive oil tasting in Umbria
You can explore this product by taking a self-guided, free tour of the museum and oil mill at your own pace, or choose a bespoke tasting menu to fully savour our extra virgin olive oil, preceded by a guided tour led by a member of our staff! The choice is yours!

Bookings must be made at least one day in advance.
Additional activities must be arranged in advance, and the cost is calculated based on the number of participants and the nature of the experience

Pinzimonio & Monocultivar – Tasting Menu
Aroma, colour, texture and flavour: olive oil is by no means always the same. With the Bartolomei Tasting Experience, you can learn to recognise a high-quality extra virgin olive oil, savouring various specialities right where the oil is produced.Gathering round the table to sample our specialities is the perfect way to round off a day spent amongst the olive groves of the Frantoio, immersed in the tradition and history of olive oil and the memories of our family.
Tasting menus are available during opening hours: 9 am–1 pm (last booking at 11.30 am) and 3 pm–7 pm (last booking at 5.30 pm).The menus are indicative and can be adapted to suit the group’s requirements. The dishes selected are representative of the region and local cuisine.
