Literary cafés with authors and writers, concerts and exhibitions: until the 20th September Isola Maggiore, Tuoro and Passignano sul Trasimeno welcome the third edition of Isola del Libro Trasimeno.

The festival dedicated to promoting reading pays tribute to the Austrian philosopher Karl Popper, examining the theme "Individual-collective" through books, debates and discussion, advocating the importance of freedom both of the individual and of the group.

Exhibitions by the photographer Remo Pecorara, sculptor Ugo Antinori and the artist Bruno Ceccobelli, encounters with Clara Sereni, Roberto Giacobbo and Elda Lanza, concerts by the Umbria Ensemble, Annalisa Baldi and Paolo Brancaleoni are only some of the many scheduled appointments.
