In San Venanzo and its surrounding villages, from 9 to 29 August, Agosto Culturale Sanvenanzese returns with nine free events devoted to music, cinema, literature, theatre and local history. The programme opens in Ospedaletto with a Live Zone concert and continues in San Vito in Monte with a screening of Carine Tardieu’s film “L’Attachement”. San Venanzo Town Hall will also host an exhibition dedicated to Eugenio Faina, marking the centenary of his death. In Rotecastello, events include the presentation of Giovanni Dozzini’s book “Maiorca” and a concert by Martin’s Gumbo Blues Band. The public gardens in San Venanzo will host the presentation of Giovanni Tonelli’s “Diario di un bancario”, the theatrical reading “Raccontini Medievali” and a musical recital dedicated to Ornella Vanoni. The festival will conclude in Collelungo with a puppet show and an acoustic concert by Larry & Margot.
