In Montecastrilli, from 11 to 13 September, Umbria Outdoor Experience offers three days dedicated to outdoor sports and open-air activities. The programme takes place at the exhibition centre and other locations in the area, with tournaments, practical trials, demonstrations and events open to the public. Activities include basketball, volleyball, football, archery, running, walking and mountain biking, alongside meetings with athletes and guests. The programme also features workshops and talks on sport, nutrition and health, as well as activities for students and presentations by local sports organisations. An exhibition area, shows, music and food options complete the event.
