From November 20th to 22nd, the city of Terni hosts UmbriaLibri, the cultural event dedicated to books, reading, and critical thinking. This edition is under the artistic direction of Nicola Lagioia and features a rich program with over fifty events starring prominent national and international authors. The cultural calendar includes book exhibition-markets by Umbrian publishers, educational pathways dedicated to schools and youth, lectio magistralis sessions, and exclusive theatrical productions. The core theme of this edition is "The Golden Bough", a metaphor exploring the profound bond between nature and culture, touching upon fields such as literature, myth, memory, fairy tales, geopolitics, theatre, and social transformation. The visual identity of the event is highlighted by the official poster designed by illustrator Andrea Calisi.
