In Terni, from 14 to 22 November, the Terni Film Festival returns with its international programme dedicated to spirituality, interreligious dialogue and social issues. Founded in 2005, the festival reaches its 22nd edition under the title “Brother Sun”, inspired by Saint Francis of Assisi and the values associated with his message, marking 800 years since his death. Through cinema, the festival explores migration, integration, racism, disability and gender issues, with particular attention also given to young people and education in volunteering. This year’s theme also offers an opportunity to reflect on the relationship between people, communities and the environment through the cultural and spiritual legacy of Saint Francis.
