In Avigliano Umbro, from August 6 to 15, 2026, the 49th edition of the Sagra del Manfricolo will take place—one of the most anticipated events of the local summer. Organized by the Pro Loco of Avigliano Umbro, the festival offers ten days full of food, music, and entertainment. At the heart of the event are the manfricoli, a traditional local pasta dish, served in its most beloved variations.

In addition to the tastings, the evenings are brought to life with live music, dancing nights, and comedy shows designed to entertain visitors of all ages.
