In Cave di Foligno, on 9, 10, 11 and 16, 17, 18 October, the Sagra del Fagiolo returns for its 42nd edition. At the heart of the event is the Cave bean, a product linked to the area’s agricultural tradition and used in local recipes that highlight its taste and characteristics. Over two weekends, the village hosts food stands and events dedicated to local cuisine, together with activities for different age groups. The programme includes sports, games, workshops, children’s shows and vintage car and motorcycle gatherings, along with other events taking place throughout the festival. The autumn celebration combines local food, community life and the traditions of Cave.
