From 19 to 22 November 2026, Gubbio hosts Gubbio Danz'Week, an international festival dedicated to dance and culture, conceived by Cecilia Monacelli, director of Danz'Art Centro di Formazione Professionale, and developed together with choreographer and teacher Afshin Varjavandi.

Over the years the festival has taken on a multidisciplinary character, weaving together training, performance, art and literature, offering young dancers and students a concrete platform for professional visibility that goes beyond the logic of a traditional competition.

Gubbio becomes, for the occasion, a meeting point for masters, choreographers, critics, journalists, producers and theatre directors from around the world. Among the personalities who have taken part in previous editions are, among others, Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, Cristiana Morganti, Michele Merola, Virna Toppi, Damiano Artale and Vania Masias.
