In Piazza 40 Martiri in Gubbio, from September 11 to 13, the 86th stop of the International Street Food takes place, a traveling event dedicated to the promotion of gastronomy and quality street food. The event represents a meeting point for the discovery of traditional and international flavors, transforming the urban space into a stage of taste. Within the exhibition route, visitors can find a wide selection of culinary excellences, including meat specialties such as the Smash Burger, Arrosticini, and Maremma Hamburgers, as well as traditional dishes like creamed pasta, Roman pasta, and Carbonara. The culinary offering also includes Supplì, American BBQ, octopus sandwiches, seafood cuoppo, and traditional handmade Ascoli-style olives. International proposals are also featured, such as Paella, Mexican cuisine, Argentinian dishes, and the typical Hungarian Kürtőskalács. Completing the culinary offer is a careful selection of Italian and foreign craft beers, designed to accompany the various food preparations.
