In Trevi, on October 31 and November 1, FestivOl returns to celebrate the newly pressed olive oil harvest and regional agricultural heritage. The main venue is Piazza Mazzini, hosting tasting stands with fresh olive oil, regional delicacies, and Slow Food presidia throughout the weekend. The schedule includes guided walks among the olive groves, countryside trekking, and complimentary shuttle transfers departing from Piazza Garibaldi to local working mills. The town center comes alive with cooking workshops, guided tastings in the municipal hall, and talks on the nutritional qualities of extra virgin olive oil. The cultural program is rounded out by tours of the San Francesco Museum Complex, visits to historic residences, outdoor art displays, and live music, with Villa Fabri available as an indoor venue in case of rain.
