In Terni, from 5 to 13 September, and in Arrone, from 19 to 27 September, Falsi d’Autore – I Borghi delle Acque incontrano l’Arte returns for its fifth edition as an art competition and travelling exhibition. The initiative brings together paintings inspired by masterpieces from art history, reinterpreted through master copies of complete works or significant details. Participants are free to choose the artist and artwork they wish to reproduce, offering their own interpretation of the original. The exhibition will first be hosted at the Laboratorio Polifunzionale BCT in Terni and then at the Sala Giovanni XXIII in Arrone. The project aims to encourage interest in painting while highlighting the historical, cultural, architectural and landscape context of the places involved, leading up to the final award ceremony.
