Gubbio (Umbria) hosts the 61st Luigi Fagioli Trophy, a hill climb race included in the Italian Supersalita Championship and the Italian Hill Climb Championship calendars. The race takes place along a 4,150-meter course starting from the historic town center and reaching Madonna della Cima through the Bottaccione Gorge, a site of geological importance.

The competition is open to modern cars, historic vehicles, twin-cylinder cars and assominicar, offering a broad overview of hill climb racing. The route combines technical features with a distinctive landscape setting.

The event is considered a key round in the national and European hill climb scene and serves as the final stage of the main Italian championships. Additional activities accompany the race, contributing to the promotion of hill climb motorsport culture.
