Etruria Terzo Millennio 2025

From 7 to 9 November 2025, between Panicale and TavernelleEtruria Terzo Millennio returns, an initiative dedicated to promoting the territory and encouraging dialogue between history, culture and modernity. Three days of experiences, walks and discussions that combine well-being, knowledge and community, rediscovering the landscapes and traditions of ancient Etruria in a contemporary key.

The event opens on Friday 7 November with the theme Etruria Well-being/Productivity, featuring olive harvesting and milling at the Il Progresso oil mill in Panicale, followed by tastings of local products and discussions on the evolution of olive growing and the prospects of the sector.

Saturday 8 November will focus on Etruria between history and modernity, with an Etruscan walking route to Monte Petrarvella guided by archaeologists and scholars, and a convivial lunch at Parco Regina Margherita. In the afternoon, discussions will explore archaeological excavations and forms of creativity and theatre in nature, followed by social moments such as Chestnuts and Wine in Piazza Umberto I and a musical performance at the Teatro Caporali.

The final day, Sunday 9 November, will take place in Tavernelle with a nature walk among the olive trees and along the Fiume d’Oro, a community lunch at the L’Occhio multifunctional centre, and a closing event celebrating local associations and the social vitality of the area through performances and shared activities.
