From 7 to 9 November 2025, Parco Il Sodo in Tuoro sul Trasimeno (PG) will host a new edition of the Festa dell’Olio, the autumn event celebrating one of Umbria’s most emblematic products: extra virgin olive oil. The festival offers three days devoted to gastronomy, local traditions, and the olive-growing landscape, giving visitors an engaging experience that blends taste, culture, and nature.

The programme opens on Friday 7 November with school visits to the local olive mills and, in the evening, the opening of the taverns accompanied by a concert by the Kantner Brothers.

On Saturday 8 November, the day will begin with an educational walk among the olive trees in Vernazzano, followed in the afternoon by the opening of the market stalls and a show cooking event at Parco Il Sodo. Also on Saturday, the “Olive Branch” award will be presented in the Council Chamber to those who contribute to the promotion of the area, while the evening will feature a musical parade with La Banda degli Onesti.

The event will conclude on Sunday 9 November with a communal lunch and a musical aperitif at Parco Il Sodo.
