Contract terms
Booking terms: The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total costof the experience. The balance must be paid by the day of the experience, before departure. Payment method: bank transfer
Cancellation policy: In the event of adverse weather conditions, the experience may be: rescheduled at no extra cost or cancelled with a refund of the deposit. In the event of cancellation by the customer:
- more than 72 hours in advance: full refund of the deposit
- within 72 hours: the deposit is non-refundable
