Founded in 2012 in the medieval town of Spoleto, Caber Beer has been brewing beer using the traditional craft method since its beginnings. However, 2020 is the turning point with the conversion to the world of agriculture. The aim is clear: to perfect the brewery's work using indigenous and quality raw materials, bringing craft beer ever closer to its territory of origin. From the almost 10 hectares of cultivated fields comes the barley that, once malted, gives shape and colour to the Caber brand beers. This sustainable and environmentally friendly approach is also evidenced by the brewery's choice of clean energy sources, thus significantly reducing harmful carbon dioxide emissions. The beer production process is in fact entirely powered by solar energy, through the use of thermal panels and a photovoltaic system.
