What is included
The tasting will be conducted by a sommelier. Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG Passito with chocolate, another excellent product in Umbria, will be tasted. Once upon a time, homemade wine was sweet, in fact the grapes were dried before vinification. Today, Sagrantino Passito is a niche product: from a kilo of fresh grapes you get 400 g after drying them for 3 months.The choice of Sagrantino Passito is particularly significant, as it represents the link with the tradition of the territory. In fact, it must be remembered that Sagrantino was historically born as a passito wine.
