• Guided horseback ride (1 hour)
• Tasting of two local wines: Poggio Canneto and Oscano
• Chopping board with: Wild Cinta Senese pork cold cuts, Pecorino cheeses with jams and honey, Mixed crostini with extra virgin olive oil, Sampling of local legumes (fagiolina del Trasimeno or chickpeas), Typical Umbrian bread and Water Participants:
