Il Casolare

Il Casolare Organic 100% Italian

Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil, produced from organic Italian olives with ethical and environmental certification. Il Casolare Organic Olive Oil is rich in polyphenols and other volatile substances that not only build up the oil's natural defence but are also responsible for its characteristic aromas and flavours. The taste is balanced and slightly fruity.

Taste: To the eye it has an emerald green colour and to the nose it releases the typical aroma of freshly pressed olives.Advice for use in the kitchen: Ideal for all uses in raw cooking (salads, pulses, bruschettas), and on any dish that matches its fruity taste. From the mill to your home: It comes from olives grown in a natural environment and controlled by ICEA (Institute for Ethical and Environmental Certification). A product that is less 'stressed' by processing, it is rich in polyphenols and other volatile substances that, in addition to constituting a natural defence for the oil, are responsible for its characteristic aromas and flavours.

Olio DOP Umbria Colli Martani is a personal selection from the Moraiolo, San Felice, and Leccino Frantoio varieties and is pressed by the Fonte Cupa oil mill. The olives, grown in the dry and stony Umbrian terrain, are harvested and pressed on the same day to maintain the freshness of the fruit and to preserve the aromas and flavours.
