The Amerino Brewery started with a great passion for quality craft beer.We founded the brewery in 2015, it was time for us to get our hands in the mash and express ourselves in the field of brewing. We were certain that we could tell something very curious through our beers, something that stood out from the crowd, something that once you have tried, you will hardly go back. Our first productions took place in mid-2015 as a 'brew firm' relying on equipment from friendly breweries. But clearly this wasn't enough for us, it was limiting, we couldn't follow and modify our recipes in detail and we couldn't have them at our fingertips every day. That was not enough for us. It was not enough for us. We wanted freedom in a system that you own, whose characteristics and mode of operation you know, thanks to which you can achieve real consistency in the characterisation and execution of recipes.Alessandro, Master Brewer and Ceo, after graduating as a chemical expert, attended the University of Perugia, CERB, where he had the opportunity to look with a magnifying glass at the world he had been pursuing for many years, the production of beer, finishing the course with the certificate of Master Brewer.Marco, younger brother and co-founder, who has always been fascinated by the world of business management and commercial management, shares Alessandro's dream and takes charge of it, the pivotal roles of the brewery are therefore filled. We are off. On 2 July 2017, Birrificio Amerino produced its first beer.Our dream, our mission from the very beginning has always been based on strong experimentation and reinterpretation of many beer styles from all over the world and also, why not, the birth of a new style all our own, all Italian.These are the elements we pursue and that we always try to tell to those who drink our beers and not necessarily by talking about them, just drink Amerino to understand our character.
