The Marchesi Fezia Estate is a splendid country house located a few kilometres from Rome, halfway between the two splendid Umbrian villages of San Gemini and Narni, not even 15 minutes by car from the famous Marmore Falls.
The jewel in the crown of the structure is the in-house restaurant, open all year round, which offers the best local dishes and raw materials, reinterpreted in a modern key, as well as a very long-rising pizza baked in a wood-burning oven; the kitchen also pays great attention to all dietary problems, including celiac disease, for which special dishes are created.
The Tenuta Marchesi Fezia country house has eight independent mini-apartments equipped with a kitchenette, which can be used either on a B&B basis or for longer stays.
During the summer, it is possible to use the beautiful outdoor swimming pool immersed in the green Umbrian countryside, and the two newly built padel courts: both services are available to guests staying overnight and to external customers by reservation.
The Marchesi Fezia estate is also very popular in the area as a location for weddings, events, ceremonies, conferences and company meetings.
