The farmhouse, with its ten flats with particularly well-kept furniture and furnishings, has an outdoor swimming pool with hydromassage, ample play areas for children, a common room and private parking.

The flats are two-room flats measuring 50 square metres, 6 of which are on the ground floor with outdoor patio and 4 on the 1st floor with balcony, all with independent entrance and equipped with telephone and wi-fi internet connection. The sleeping area, well finished in detail, can comfortably accommodate three people; the living area has a fully equipped kitchen for independent living: kitchenette, large fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and table linen. It also has a sofa that can be converted into a double bed with slatted base and a flat TV. The bathroom is complete with shower, hairdryer, heated towel rail and towels. Two of the holiday flats are specially equipped for the disabled.

The spacious and bright reception offers a comfortable common room with TV, reception services and a display of local handicraft products and is available during the hours indicated for any needs and information and organises itineraries and guided tours on request.

The open-air relaxation area consisting of green meadows, wheat, olive and sunflower crops, and the colourful variety of aromatic bushes and fruit trees, provide the backdrop to this country farmhouse, surrounded on one side by verdant hills and on the other by the plain below Assisi, which can be admired in all its charm, particularly at dusk, when the Rocca Maggiore and the Basilica of San Francesco are illuminated and make the town resemble a small nativity scene.

The swimming pool (14 m x 6 m) with a large whirlpool area is open from May to October, and is the main meeting point for those who want to keep fit or simply have fun and enjoy the sun; deckchairs, sunbeds and parasols are available to guests.
