18 hectares of land surround the old farmhouse and the adjacent structures where the five guest flats are located, all independent and equipped with dishwashers, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet, independent heating and their own area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue for eating outside.The La Fonte farmhouse is a family-run structure, the main house is our home. We are always present and available to guests.

The property also includes a saltwater mosaic-tiled swimming pool with night lighting, a pond, an olive grove, a pine forest, a hazel grove, a walnut grove and there are numerous animals including horses, dogs, sheep and many others.

The farmhouse is located 9km from the centre of Perugia, in a hilly position 400 metres above sea level, and is only 14km from the San Francesco d'Assisi international airport.
