The estate lies at the foot of the medieval village of Collelungo (12th century) between San Venanzo municipality of Terni and Marsciano municipality of Perugia, at 450 m above sea level, with a view overlooking the middle Tiber valley.
It is located in an area rich in traditions and popular festivals. In fact, Marsciano, Collelungo and the surrounding villages such as San Venanzo, Rotecastello, Civitella dei Conti, Poggio Aquilone and Ripalvella are medieval villages that have maintained their style intact and where you can find churches, villas, monuments, towers and castles that preserve precious works of art. The central location of the farmhouse makes it possible to continue with excursions to the nearby historic towns of Umbria, such as Perugia, Todi, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello, Orvieto and Foligno. You can attend the many events organised to admire the splendid scenery and characteristic cultural events typical of this rich region.
