Our structure is the typical Umbrian rural construction with bricks, stones and roof tiles, to which we have combined respect for the environment that is fundamental for us. We produce electricity with a photovoltaic system, we produce hot water with solar thermal energy, and for heating and air conditioning we use a heat pump that guarantees maximum comfort and reduces consumption. To minimise our environmental impact, we have adopted certain measures such as waste separation, which have enabled us to obtain the eco-sustainability label from Legambiente. Guests are welcomed into a family environment, they stay in an independent flat on the second floor, and on arrival we will guide you to the secrets of our territory both from an artistic and culinary point of view. You will find elements dear to tradition, such as grandmother's furniture, wooden beams and a range of old farm tools that frame the entire house. A large porch surrounds the building, where you will have the opportunity to listen in a hammock to the sounds of nature such as the hoopoe, the owl or, if you are an early riser, the rooster crowing. If, on the other hand, you are feeling more sporty, you can take a walk in the woods to collect typical products, or simply ride alongside them on a scenic bike ride.
