I Casali del Toppello is a family-run, 5-mountain farmhouse located in Corciano, a medieval municipality elected one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy according to ANCI. The Casali del Toppello are located on top of a toppello ('small hill' in Umbrian dialect), dominated by three mountains: Monte Malbe, Monte Tezio and Monte Acuto. 15 km from Lake Trasimeno, among the chalices of the Knights of Malta, on the route that led pilgrims, Templars and armies to Perugia, the Casali del Toppello are an excellent starting point for visiting the unspoilt natural landscapes and beautiful art cities of this green region. The property comprises a whole hill dominated by the two farmhouses. In the 27 hectares of land there are more than 1700 olive trees and three vineyards of different types: Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet, a few stretches of woodland and a small lake that can be admired from one of our nature trails. The swimming pool-solarium occupies an admirable panoramic position overlooking a wonderful view of the valley below, where the fields and trees change colour depending on the season, providing scenic effects and fascinating moments of relaxation.
