A medieval watchtower from the 16th century between Umbria and Tuscany, transformed into a luxury residence for country living. Later, a farmhouse and then forgotten. Like a fortress, stone by stone, extended, modified, one can read the traces of time. We wanted to treat it carefully and modernise it in an ecological way, restoring it, caressing it, enhancing it only the best.

On a hill, consecrated to the sacred San Litardo, high above the Val di Chiana, at the foot of Lake Trasimeno, behind the green hills of Umbria and in the distance the foothills of the Apennines. Wide views! Surrounded by green meadows and olive groves, not far from vineyards. Close by is Città della Pieve, the medieval pearl, built of brick right up to the tips of the bell towers. Chiusi, the legendary Etruscan city on the hill opposite, beckons.
