On the border between Umbria and Tuscany, surrounded by a small pine forest and a large park, is our old farmhouse that we have restored and divided into 6 independent flats. It is situated in a panoramic position, overlooking Lake Trasimeno (5 minutes away) and the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona (10 minutes away). Within a short distance you can also visit Castiglion del Lago, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Arezzo, Florence, Rome, Siena and characteristic villages of the Valdichiana and Val d'Orcia. Our farmhouse has a large common room (with wifi area) where guests can spend pleasant evenings together, a small football field, table tennis, table football, bicycles, a small children's playground, a barbecue, a wood-burning oven, bowls, a large swimming pool with solarium, and a coin-operated laundry. Each flat has a private porch for outdoor living, independent heating, TV, fully equipped kitchen. We rent for whole weeks and weekends. Animals are welcome. Possibility of guided tours to monuments and cities of art with Laura, a serious and knowledgeable guide. We are waiting for you to spend a relaxing and enjoyable holiday together!
