Torre Piantarosa is an ancient dwelling dating back to the 18th century that stands in a dominant position along the Etruscan road connecting Perugia and Orvieto. It is situated in the centre of a farm owned by the Zaganelli family, transplanted from Romagna to Umbria after the Napoleonic Campaign in Russia. The property overlooks wide views of cultivated fields and vineyards. The dwelling, which preserves intact architectural lines and building materials of the period, has, in its central body, on the ground floor, a large and cosy living room with fireplace, dining room, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two large porticoes surrounded by majestic silences.
