I It is located 10 minutes from Gubbio and is an excellent starting point for various excursions. Perugia and Assisi only 30 minutes by car, Terni, Spoleto and the Frasassi caves about 40 km, the sea around the Conero about 70 km.

Purchased by our parents in 1970, the property consists of 13 hectares of land and forest and a small lake. The fields were worked by our father, in 2020 the renovation work was started and the idea of starting an agritourism business was born.
