The structure consists of a large living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and three air-conditioned bedrooms. Outside, guests can enjoy a large swimming pool and a vast garden shaded by centuries-old oaks and pines. The property is surrounded by acres of walnut groves, offering tranquillity and authentic contact with nature.

Bicycling Services: Bicycles are available to our guests for pleasant rides in the Umbrian countryside, along paths that will make you forget the rhythms and stresses of everyday life.

Garden: The annexe is surrounded by a garden of centuries-old pines and oaks, equipped with tables and deckchairs.

A large swimming pool is available for cooling off during the summer season. Towels are available for guests.

Wifi is available for a fee.

A barbecue in the garden is available for guests to enjoy traditional local food, cooked directly on the grill.

It is possible to buy our own olive oil. We also offer locally produced wine and honey.
