Serestate 2025: the summer events of Perugia
From June to the end of September, Serestate returns to Perugia, the summer program offering a wide range of cultural, musical, and recreational events designed to engage both residents and visitors in a shared urban experience. The festival is part of a seasonal cycle promoted by the Municipality, with initiatives running throughout the year.
The program includes thematic festivals, concerts, workshops for children and families, guided tours, exhibitions, open-air film screenings, live performances, and tourist itineraries to rediscover the city from new perspectives. Events take place in various locations across the historic center and neighborhoods, encouraging widespread participation and enhancing the urban area.
The highlight of the program will be the evening of August 10, for the feast of San Lorenzo, the city's patron saint. The schedule features a concert by the Perugia Chamber Orchestra at 8 PM in the cathedral cloister, followed by a tribute performance to Paolo Benvegnù at 10 PM in Piazza IV Novembre, celebrating music and the joy of shared experiences.
Serestate thus presents itself as a dynamic and inclusive space where culture becomes a driver of socialization, discovery, and engagement, reflecting the desire to make Perugia’s summer a vibrant and stimulating season.
