It is the king of the Umbrian table and one of the most important food products in the areas of the Park of Monte Peglia and Forest of Meana (S.T.I.N.A.): we are talking about truffles.

Fabro hosts every year the "National Market Exhibition of Truffles" in order to promote and enhance this gastronomic excellence.

From 9^th to 11^th November you can immerse yourself in the flavours and aromas of autumn through the streets and squares of the beautiful old town: there will be chestnuts, wine and lots of truffles, including local and national producers, as well as retailers from all regions of Italy.

Again this year, we will try to set the world record for the largest truffle omelette in the world, more than 2000 eggs, more than 30 kg of white truffle from the lands of Fabriano and once the creation will be completed the participants will be able to taste a slice of this tasty record.

An event not to be missed for all lovers of the good cuisine and food.
