The cooperative grows but remains faithful to its original tradition: each producer member collects the olives, brings them to the cooperative to produce for his family's needs and leaves the surplus to the cooperative for sale, the proceeds of which are reinvested in the mill.

A cooperative of olive growers buys an old, long-disused fiscoli oil mill. This is how the Colle del Marchese Oil Co-operative was born. After modernising the facilities, it began producing olive oil from olive groves distributed between Castel Ritaldi, Giano dell'Umbria, Gualdo Cattaneo, Montefalco and Spoleto.

The marvellous olive trees bear fruit from which derive varieties of oils that are among the finest in the world. Innovations in the wake of tradition, the continuous improvement of the mill's efficiency, and the search for quality make our oil an authentic farmer's oil.
