Umbria is hosting again Rockin’ Umbria: from the 21st to the 23rd July artists and musicians of the international rock musical scene, of the Italian Indie rock as well as of the electronic music are going to perform in the fascinating Umbrian city. 

The three-day festival is going to open with “Umbria calling”, historical format of the festival that has been always dedicated to the local independent music through its most interesting events: on the stage of the cloister of St.

Francis square there will the Malatesta and Espada de Drago.

The schedule is then going on with the Italian Party: twenty bands coming from all over Italy and the United Kingdom are going to alternate on the two stages of the festival (square and cloister of St. Francis).

In the concluding event of Sunday 23rd July entitled “Sonic trip”, exceptional guests will be the Matmos, duo of electronic music coming from St. Francis.

Beyond the music, there will be also space for cinema and installations.

 

All events, except for the concert of Matmos, will have free entry.
