In Gualdo Cattaneo, from October 30 to November 1, Sapere di Pane, Sapore di Olio returns for its 17th edition. The village hosts the Sapori e Saperi exhibition area, complemented by local street food and tastings at the fortress. The program highlights food and wine through the traditional olive mill tour, themed dinners, cooking demonstrations of classic recipes, talks on mindful purchasing, bread-making workshops, and a record-breaking twenty-meter bruschetta prepared in the main square. Several activities explore the local area, including guided castle tours, historical walks, and a trekking among the olive trees outing. Entertainment options include live performances, concerts, street acts, DJ sets for aperitivo, and games for families. A free shuttle service is available throughout the weekend to access the historic center.
