The 49th edition of the Sagra dei Bringoli di San Martino will take place from 13 to 15 November 2026 in Lisciano Niccone.
You can taste typical local dishes, with a special focus on ‘bringoli’, handmade spaghetti about 20 cm long, prepared with water, flour and salt, and served with truffle, goose sauce or fish and truffle.
