In Castel Ritaldi, from 18 to 20 September, the 27th “Mario Tabarrini” Literary Competition and “Paese delle Fiabe” return with three days devoted to literature, imagination and activities for children and families. The programme includes animated readings, creative workshops, puppet shows, music and a cake-design showcooking event. Visitors can also take part in hands-on activities involving wood, ceramics, drawing and other creative techniques. Sport and play will feature too, with firefighter-inspired challenges and a Sports Avenue where different disciplines can be tried. A tethered hot-air balloon flight will offer a different view of the surrounding area. The event accompanies the “Mario Tabarrini” Literary Competition, strengthening the connection between storytelling, fairy tales and the local area. Admission and participation in the activities are free.
