In Gubbio, from October 30 to November 1 and from November 6 to 8, Gubbio, Terra di Tartufo returns as the town's premier autumn festival dedicated to regional culinary traditions, hosting the forty-fifth edition of the Mostra Mercato del Tartufo Bianco. The gathering takes place in Piazza Quaranta Martiri, bringing together truffle hunters, farmers, and food producers to present fresh truffles alongside regional specialties. Set across two consecutive weekends, the event gives visitors an opportunity to discover the supply chain through tastings, show cooking sessions, and practical workshops exploring harvesting techniques and culinary uses. Guest chef Ruben Bondì will lead live cooking demonstrations focusing on simple, contemporary approaches to classic recipes.
