At Percorso Verde in Perugia, from 27 to 30 August, the Free Food Festival will take place, an event dedicated to gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan food. Over four days, the area will host gastronomic offerings and gluten-free products, together with vegetarian and vegan specialities, with exhibitors from different regions of Italy. The food programme will be accompanied by live music, conferences, DJ sets and workshops for children, creating opportunities for visitors to meet and explore topics related to food and lifestyles. Visitors will be able to discover and taste products designed for different dietary needs, as well as explore new approaches to gluten-free cooking. Activities will take place throughout the four days, with a programme running from the afternoon into the evening. Admission is free. On Thursday 27 August, the festival will be open from 6 pm to 11 pm, while on Friday 28, Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August it will be open from 11 am to 11 pm.
