Festival dei due Mondi 2026
From 26 June to 12 July 2026, the Festival dei Due Mondi returns to Spoleto for its 69th edition, reaffirming its role as one of the most significant events on the international performing arts scene. Founded as a meeting place for cultures, languages and artistic disciplines, the Festival continues to be a point of reference for the contemporary scene, bringing different experiences into dialogue and transforming the city of Spoleto into a widespread stage.
Once again this year, the programme will enhance theatres, open-air spaces and unconventional venues, bringing together music, theatre, dance, performance and visual arts in a rich and wide-ranging itinerary.
The programme also includes La MaMa Spoleto Open 2026, hosted from 28 June to 11 July in the Theatre Hall of the Creative Hub Cantiere Oberdan. In a more compact format than in previous editions, and in memory of Adriana Garbagnati, La MaMa presents six events spanning contemporary dance, international theatre, new dramaturgy, training and inclusive practices, featuring artists from the national and international performing arts scene.
