From 2 to 4 October, Amelia hosts the second edition of the Amerino Tipico Festival, three days dedicated to the flavours and culinary traditions of the area. The programme includes wine and local food tastings, meetings with producers and food tours, with a focus on local biodiversity and the revival of traditional products. Highlights include a dinner tour through the courtyards of historic palaces, featuring traditional dishes reinterpreted by chefs, DOC Amelia wines, olive oils from the Amerino hills and live music. On Sunday 4 October, visitors can enjoy a hike through vineyards and olive groves and shuttle tours exploring wineries, olive mills and local farms. Most activities are free with advance booking, while the dinner tour requires a paid ticket.
