Finely restored, the farmhouse has on the ground floor two flats and a double bedroom with bathroom, all with independent entrance and access to a large furnished garden. The flats consist of a kitchen-living room, double bedroom and bathroom. In the living rooms there are also two armchair beds or a comfortable double sofa bed. One of the flats is designed to accommodate disabled persons. All apartments have independent heating.The furnishings are in the Umbrian style, with our typical wooden furniture, rustic terracotta floors and ceilings with wooden beams or vaulted ceilingsEach flat has a kitchen (cooker, fridge, oven and crockery), and linen for the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The washing machine can be used if necessary, and there is a fountain with a basin outside. The car park, inside the accommodation complex, is fully covered and a garage for motorbikes and bicycles is also available for guests. The farm land extends around the house for about 12 hectares. The main activity is the cultivation of wheat, barley, sunflowers and legumes. Extra-virgin olive oil is produced from our olive grove, which can be tasted and purchased at the farm. Agriturismo Rustichino is the preferred destination for those who love the quiet of the countryside and at the same time want to visit, given its central location, the most important Umbrian cities of art (Perugia, Spoleto, Foligno, Todi, Orvieto, Montefalco, Bevagna, Spello, Gubbio, Norcia, Terni, Narni, Amelia, etc.) and the characteristic medieval villages.
