Cannaiola di Trevi, in the province of Perugia, will host the traditional Festa della Trebbiatura (Harvest Festival) from 3 to 13 July 2025, a much-anticipated event that combines conviviality, music and rural culture. The festival reinterprets, in a contemporary key, the rhythms and moments of rural life linked to the wheat harvest, offering an immersive experience of authentic flavours and popular sounds.

Each evening, the village square will come alive with a new ballo liscio orchestra, ready to get the crowd dancing in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Live music will accompany guests through smiles, encounters and shared traditions, recreating the typical warmth of country festivals.

Throughout the event, the “Aia de Lu Contadino” food stand will be open every evening, offering a renewed menu featuring traditional local dishes. The specialties, prepared according to time-honoured recipes, offer the chance to rediscover the value of peasant cuisine and the joy of gathering around the table.
