iennale Umbria Letteraria 2022 ", a first national edition conceived and designed by the president of the Cultural Artistic Association FŌRMA APS Cinzia M. Adriana Proietti, organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Amelia. A multidisciplinary event that experiments with new formats with proposals reserved for publishers, writers and artists, with the aim of offering a further contribution to the dissemination of Italian culture and the enhancement of the territories. Books and art have always been the most effective means in spreading knowledge and pursuing this tradition is our intent and that of all the participants. Three days dedicated to the importance of literary and artistic dissemination to create habitual readers, make talents known and more.

The project identifies "RECOVERY" as the main theme, declined through the study of all possible themes and subjects which are related to this topic, starting from the "Recovery" of the person and the kings social relations, through a series of interventions the attention will be focused on the cultural themes of the "Recovery of the Territory and Traditions" (landscape and artistic heritages, ethnological and anthropological identities), on the "Recovery of historical memory" (world conflicts starting from Great War) and on the "Recovery of ideas and projects to protect the environment" (Nature, food, biodiversity and sustainability).

Contemporary publishing, through book presentations and thematic previews, diversified interventions and testimonies, will be able to highlight various narrative aspects in the literary, historical, scientific field, without neglecting some fundamental aspects of children's publishing. The comparison, the presentation of projects and territorial beauties will be able to revitalize environments, customs and resources. A broken program that recovers reflections thanks to the synergy of various artistic languages, theatrical performances, playful activities, exhibitions, guided tours and musical entertainment. Independent publishers and authors will exhibit and sell their treasures - books - sharing pleasant moments with the public.

One afternoon will be dedicated to the award ceremony of the "International FŌRMA CULTURA Award" an artistic and literary prize attended by Prof. Raffaele Federici and a highly qualified technical jury.
The Biennale, included in "Il Maggio dei Libri" and the "Pact for reading", will take place in the historic center of Amelia (Tr), at the complex of the former Boccarini Boarding School, originally a 13th-century Franciscan convent. - XIV century equipped with a cloister with double loggia built in the XVI century, located in Piazza A. Vera, on the days 27-28-29 / 05/22, from 10.00 to 19.00 approx. Each initiative will be carried out in full compliance with the anti-Covid regulations in force.
The activities will move in different environments through free and varied languages ​​and traditions:
• Boccarini Conference Room: author presentations area.
• Sala Conti Paladini and Sala Eugenio Grecchi: exhibition areas for independent publishers and authors, presentations, art installations.
• San Francesco Renaissance Cloister: (upper floor) exhibition area for independent publishers and authors; (lower floor) playful theatrical / musical performance - Saturday "L'Orto inside the walls", organic market at Km 0
• "Edilberto Rosa" Civic Archaeological Museum: art exhibitions.
• "Archeospazio" Didactic Room of the "Edilberto Rosa" Civic Archaeological Museum: workshops for children and adults.
• Archaeological Museum Picture Gallery: lectures.
• Palazzo Petrignani: art installations, music.
• Chiostro Boccarini: theatrical performances.
