Three cities, one hotel! You will find us in the triangle between the centre of Perugia (15 minutes), the splendid Assisi (20 minutes) and the suggestive Gubbio (30 minutes), not to mention the countless Umbrian villages, small in size but enormous in terms of historical, cultural and artistic interest; all easily reachable thanks to our strategic position. You can leave your car in our large internal car park and, for your two-wheelers (bicycles and motorbikes), you will find space in the garage with an adjoining small workshop for minor repairs. Our large park, adorned with plants and shrubs of various essences, offers a large area for walking and relaxing; in the middle of it is the beautiful swimming pool, reserved for hotel guests during the summer season. Our 37 rooms are all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, underfloor heating, LCD TV and free Wi-Fi. Choose the type that suits you best from Economy (first floor without lift), Classic (ground floor with internal courtyard view) and Superior (ground floor with private garden view, slippers and complimentary toiletries, double pillows, minibar, kettle with selection of infusions). For your family holiday, we have spacious triple and quadruple rooms available! Pets are allowed in the hotel, with a small supplement; your four-legged friends have access to all areas of our hotel, except the outdoor pool solarium and the breakfast room. Our breakfast room is open every morning from 07.30 to 10.00. You will also find croissants, various types of bread, organic and non-organic jams, cereals, rusks, biscuits, seeds and dried fruit, fresh fruit, hot drinks, fruit juices, cold meats and cheeses, eggs... If you have special needs due to food intolerances, let us know before your arrival! We will take care of your needs.
