The structure has recently been restructured and is subject to the constraints of the Regional Direction for the Cultural and Landscape Heritage of Umbria, as it is rich in architectural and landscaping details of great interest and beauty. In fact, the original structure is still preserved with terracotta floors and exposed ceiling beams and other typical elements of Umbrian farmhouses.In the beautiful stained glass room, we offer a rich breakfast and seasonal and territorial cuisine where the herbs, the vegetables grown in the field adjacent to the manor house, are the main ingredients used in the kitchen. We also produce wine, extra-virgin olive oil, honey and other seasonal produce.In the "Camino" room or by the pool we have small events and business meetings.
