IL CUCCIOLO
Il Cucciolo is a 25-hectare organic farm holiday retreat situated on a hill in Umbria, on the border with Tuscany, in an ideal location for exploring both regions. The property comprises four stone houses with apartments of various sizes, suitable for couples, families, organised groups and stays dedicated to relaxation, creativity or the great outdoors.The outdoor areas include terraced gardens, shaded areas, a swimming pool with sunbathing area, a barbecue and paths surrounded by greenery, perfect for walks, forest hikes and bike rides. A large, fenced-in area of around one hectare is designed for those travelling with their dog, offering freedom and safety in a natural setting. At the heart of the property lies the Limonaia, a covered space built of stone and glass used for breakfasts, dinners, social gatherings and group activities. The kitchen workshop also allows for cookery courses to be organised on request. Thanks to its private and peaceful atmosphere, Il Cucciolo is also particularly well-suited for courses, retreats and themed stays.
