Over the years, the Fattoria di Monticello winery, through a continuous process of refinement, has specialised first in the cultivation of grapes using selective techniques aimed at obtaining, with a minimum production, excellent quality, then through vinification using absolutely traditional methods, but combined with the use of state-of-the-art equipment and technology, it has created a wine of superior quality always in accordance with the principles of bio-sustainable viticulture.
